NewKitchen in the Making

So here is the record of the travels of our kitchen! what started as "new cabinet doors" :-) has become a whole new kitchen from top to bottom!
Everyone has helped. From GLen and Rachel and big Michael at home, to our kids far away! They keep coming back to do more and more and more! It has been an amazing journey!

Melissa, Amber, Ariel and Rachel painted the kitchen. . .


























While Brian cut away 3 feet of wall and started the window!!

Now we have a New Green Kitchen. :WOW wakes ya up! and Then they put up the beautiful New White Cabinets!

Michael fixed all the electrical and put up two new lights from Ariel and Brian. :-)

Next step . . . the floor! Nate came and ripped up the old lanolium, Ariel and Brian came back with Nate and they helped lay the cement board and took out the bottom cabinets! Today we lay tile!

Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday to Mom!

First I treated myself to an everlasting- no watering flower garden. :-)

Then, I came home from work on my birthday to find the front room dripping with streamers and balloons! Thanks to Glen and Rachel!

They had gifts wrapped and waiting for me to open.

Then Laura came by and brought dinner!

Rachel made a cake, and Melissa came by with more gifts, flowers, and a cheese cake! Mike brought a gift from him and Nikki. Then I got to pick up the car from the shop that now had all doors and windows opening properly!!!

Sunday, Nate and Amber came by with a gift from everyone: A family pledge to help me replace my old kitchen cabinets! After recovering from shock, I quickly set about making plans.

A week later I came home to find the old cabinets Gone! Michael (Dad) had taken them down. Even the old wall-oven was gone. Don't need it anymore. :-)

I am so excited! Got it all cleaned up ready to prime and paint. Going to IKEA tomorrow to look! Next blog- next step! Thank you everyone! Never in my wildest dreams!

What incredible love our Heavenly Father has for us to give us soooo much! Watching my children grow and achieve and create has filled me with such great joy! Then seeing them marry and bring three more unique, wonderful and creative children into our family and watching them grow and create joy together! Life is so beautiful!! even Magical! What great blessings! I love each one of my 10 children so very much! I couldn't imagine this life without any one of you!

C. Michael Singleton - Studying Towards Criminal Justice Degree, Army Reserves, loves Universal Studios, Pirates, buried treasure, Sushi, Christmas, Harley(DOG), running, lifting weights, surprising people with special things, making people happy, and Nikki.

Nikki Elizabeth Singleton - Beautician, loves Camping, Hiking, Snowboarding, Halloween, Pirates, California, the beach, her Family, Harley(DOG), running, styling and coloring hair, making beautiful things, Sushi, sewing, their new apartment, and Michael

Rachel Diane Singleton - Student, loves Sewing, Painting, drawing, creating anything beautiful, quilting, decorating, making others happy, planning surprises, watching a good movie, climbing trees, running, playing "tag" (you're it!), and Killer Bunnies, and reading scriptures.


The windows of Heaven have been opened and blessings poured out! I thank my Heavenly Father with all my heart.

Wedding!

C Michael and Nikki Snyder were married Friday! She looked like an angel! Hey, she is an angel! So I guess that makes sense! :-) Michael felt joy even to tears. It was a beautiful experience!

This mom is feeling very blessed!

On March 12-14. There is a National Ballroom Dance Competition at BYU! GLEN IS GOING TO BE IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People from all over the U.S. are going come and compete!!! We will put some pictures and/or videos when it takes place.
